I have a shipping rate of 94%. It's because of an order, that I received, processed, and delivered all within 3 days. But on that order, the ship by date is missing in the report. How do I fix this?? I'm not even sure what happened here? I print labels and ship within an hour of getting an order.

Check to see if all of your listings are attached to your shipping profile.
It's possible that your listing didn't have a processing time.
It's LIKELY that your shop is one of many that were affected by a computation GLITCH by the software that tracks star seller stats.
Many of us have posted about this, but no one seems to be fixing it.
For example, all of my listings have one day processing times. I have shipped 100% of orders on time (or early!) But I lost star seller due to the glitch. They can clearly see that I shipped the item the SAME DAY it was purchased. But because the computation chart has a blank for processing time, I was demoted to 80% shipped on time. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!
As a small seller, it'll take me a while to get back over 95%. I guess the best we can do is just continue to provide the best customer service possible. 🤷
But thanks for posting... maybe they'll fix the computations if multiple sellers repeatedly share concerns about this.
