My shop was put on pause by Etsy and i cannot fond help to be reinstated.
“We put your shop on pause
To help you manage your current orders and keep your shop in good standing, we've temporarily paused your shop. During this time, buyers will see your shop in vacation mode.”
Ive never received any email with the reason. And i cant find where or how to contact someone to reistate
what can i do ?

sounds like the message has the reason ... to help you manage your current orders.
Have you had an unusually high number of orders recently? Do you have multiple orders that you're working on before sending? Have you shipped orders late recently? If none of these are the case, try contacting Etsy and ask them to remove the pause.

Etsy took the pause automatically next day of my message.

@GlassyFields Etsy uses that whenever they need anything like ID or bank verification or something else. It's not always for orders.

How do you know the OP has no sales? I thought when you were in vacation mode that it showed reviews but if a shop doesn't have reviews, I didn't think there was any way to know if they had sales.
@GroundZeroCreations Sales show on the shop home page even if you are on vacation.
Thanks for that clarification. I knew you could see the product sales but I didn't think it showed your total number of sales at the top of the page anymore.
Same here, shop put on halt because one (and first sale) order is "in transit" although it was delivered on the 27th. Etsy not answering ticket since a week, and buyer not answering to help mark as delivered. idk what to do.
Were you asked to verify your identity and/or financial information?

@MadeUnik If you did not use the shop after creating it, Etsy is now pausing shops to make sure the shop was not hacked.
