Etsy order not visable on Gelato

Hello!

I am new to POD and have a sale on my Etsy store! problem is I completed the order on Etsy but cannot see the order on Gelato? I have synced both programmes and set up automatic send on Gelato so i am sure of the issue? any help would be greatly appreciated

@Housephrenia:  "I completed the order on Etsy ..." Do you mean that you manually marked the order as completed (shipped)? If so, that may be the problem as the integration is supposed to do that.

thank you for your prompt response! I completed the order pretty much straight away as I saw the notification come up, I assume that's the cause going off when you sent, I will process this manually and see if it connects next sale to Gelato by not completing on Etsy right away!

@Housephrenia: Plus when you mark an order as 'completed' you are also claiming that it has already actually shipped. And for Star Seller an order needs verifiable tracking.
