Etsy not texting verification code to cell phone?

I am trying to log onto Etsy from my other computer and it's not texting the code to my phone number right now. Anyone else experiencing this issue right now? it's 5:59pm central 10/12/2022.

Yes.  It started yesterday afternoon for me. I have had to use my backup codes since in order to sign in. The codes did come at some point, but about an hour later.

@JayBenedictBrownArt  :  Don't know if this still applies, but there were reports the last time there was a 2FA text issue that being logged in anywhere else (like an app) at the same time was causing issues.

I would think almost everyone that uses Etsy would have an app logged in most of the time. logging into a browser is probably less common but anyone that tries it is probably also logged in to an Etsy app. So I would think this problem would apply to almost everyone. they just don’t notice it as long as they don’t log out of their browser.

Don't think it is the issue as I don't use an Etsy app.

Was trying to log in on phone and it wouldn't send code. Tried few times, 11:30pm PST. At least was able to log in via laptop and didn't get request for code whew. Hope they fix this soon.
