Etsy not letting 5 star reviews?

A customer is having trouble giving 5 star reviews and reverts to 1,2,or3 

This effects our store rating. How can we as a store manage this? 

Clearly the customer wants to leave a 5star and cannot due to comments left.

How can etsy adjust my store rating in this case?

ask her if she can use a pc instead of the app.

the app is just awful.

I know that... i had a 3 star review last month that affect my store rating. The buyer was satisfied and wanted to leave a 5 star... i let it go ! Tired to deal with Etsy.

@MinedMineralsByCliff: Etsy has said that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats - you could ask your customer to try to edit their review using a browser (even a mobile browser) instead of the app.

Are you saying you replied? Did you delete a comment?

Then she can't change it anymore.

But if you haven't, then she should try it on a computer.

If all fails, she can ask Etsy to delete her review.

I found the review.  Easy solution.  The review is clearly calling out Etsy app, not you.  (3rd party issue)  Therefore if you report the review, Etsy should remove it because it violates Etsy's review policies.
