Sold an item for 28 euros to UK from France. Says VAT collected on the Etsy order and to make sure I put on the package the value of the order in pounds - so they are not charged VAT twice and the amount of order in Euros + shipping and tax paid. However under the order value it says 0 TAX paid. What do I do mark VAT charged as Etsy suggest but I have no figure to put in the amount or mark 0 tax paid and then customer has a big customs bill to pay at her door. What is going on?
