Can't update my bank account

A couple weeks ago my current bank info gave an error and my funds weren't deposited. I didn't noticed until this week because I have it for once two weeks, and I've been trying to update the bank account but each time I do it says 'Hmm, that didn't work. Try again'

One thing that happens is that when I'm putting the data it won't let me select what type of account is (Check or savings), so I can guess it could be a bug causing the error; Also I'm not a US seller, so I can't really find a solution online, and Etsy support won't respond.

At this point am desperate because it's money from a good couple of sales and I can't access to that money at all :'( Hope someone can help

I am getting a red banner telling me to update my bank info but every time I try it comes up with an error and tells me to try again. There is nothing wrong with my bank however.

@shopdaisychaiin  - If you bank account info is OK then I would just ignore the banner. Are you still getting deposits?

Its a really strange situation, i received my deposit this week but I got an email from etsy saying that it didnt go through and it was returned to my shop account. So now Im left with 2 payments and my bank is possibly now disconnected.

Have you been able to solve this issue? I'm sitting in the same situation when trying to edit my account details.

I had to contact Etsy support to  unlink my bank account and re verify!

I did get Etsy support to unlink my bank account to reverify, but sadly I still have the same situation; the same bank account is still there and won't let me update it's been almost two weeks since they told me they would continue to look into this

Have you tried calling them or using the live chat? I found those a lot more helpful than emailing.

Just keep checking/refreshing the page if it doesn't show up at first!

Exact same issue here. There's a bug in the html code with a missing parameter. The buttons just cannot be selected. I also have my old bank account "unlinked" but it's still there 🤦🏻‍ I'm afraid of losing an entire month of my sales thanks to that

Yes!! That is exactly what is going on! I noticed too when checking they html. The scary thing for me is, I opened a new shop to keep getting sales, and I tried to see if I could change the bank account just in case, and I found I have the same issue :c seeing that, I don't know if it's just my accounts being faulty since that would happen no matter the device/browser I use

Hello! Were you able to fix this issue? It seems like I also need to update my info but I just can't click any of the options and I need my funds  I'm desperate as to why I can't! Idk why I can't receive deposits to that account since it's the same one I've been using for another Etsy shop, and I can't solve this issue aaaagh

Hi there, I'm experiencing the same problem. I can't select my bank account type either. I feel so passionate about my shop and I have so many ideas for the festive season but now I'm afraid of putting in the work and all of it turning to dust since I already worked super hard just to get the few sales. It's so disheartening and I'm seeing A LOT of these kinds of messages pop up in the forum so there has to be a solution. If enough people bring the problem to their attention, they HAVE to fix it, surely? I don't want to give up on my store.

Same problem now for over a week! I contacted the live chat and they also unlinked my account. The error message dissapeared, tried changing to daily deposits but the platforms keeps changing the date to the next day. I tried weekly deposit to Request the money but it gives me a banner with the message: Sorry, we were unable to load this page.

They sent me an email saying that tech support is working on this but nothing yet. This is so frustrating and now I send a message to the live chat but no one seems to answer. Help!
