1. It's been so many unsuccessful tries to submit a ticket to etsy support.
Clicking on the "Send" button, nothing really happens, no page load, nothing..
2. There is a big trouble actually getting help on a relevant topic, the workflow of the help center is so badly organized, please ask your business system analyst or product owner to rework this process.
3. The forum has no possibility to attach screenshots, or I'm missing something?
Did Etsy put your shop on vacation mode or did you? If it was Etsy, then most likely it's because ID or some other type of information is needed. Look for a email.
This is a peer to peer forum. Etsy staff rarely some here unless it's to moderate or remove posts.
You can ask your questions here (unless it involves sharing personal data).
You cannot attached images in the forum. You can attach a link to an image hosted somewhere else but most people will not click on external links. (In fact at one point Etsy mods were removing them)
