Etsy messages not being sent out during buyer convos

My messages are not being sent out when conversing with buyer. Was in middle of discussing an order, and my messages stopped being sent out.

Not sure if any other buyers are sending me messages, that I am not receiving.

Tried checking it on pc and tablet, and phone….not working there either

so frustrating that you can never get a direct line to Etsy support

No real error code…but error message

says….”could not send message

if this keeps happening contact Etsy”
