Here’s what happened: I was discussing a case with an Etsy support agent via live chat, and we were supposed to continue the resolution over email. However, since then, the live chat has stopped working entirely, and I’ve had no response from Etsy support after about ten unsuccessful attempts to follow up via the agreed email. I initially communicated with Liza from Etsy support, who advised continuing the conversation by email, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any replies.
As the case is still marked as open, I’m unable to start a new support ticket, and I haven’t received any automated responses from the Etsy support bot either. I am trying to reach live chat almost every day, since this happened.
Additionally, as I’m based in the Czech Republic (I have set the United States as my shop's timezone because my print provider is located in the USA. I don't want my customers to think that the products will be shipped from the Czech Republic, which might make them worry about long shipping times.), phone support isn’t an option for me, as my country is not on the supported call list. Could someone please assist me in getting this resolved?

I have not been able to utilize Etsy Chat either for about a week and I need help. not sure how to resolve this.
Wow! Mine has not worked since October 28th. I reached out via email, and was told by support that it was not working because I had an open support ticket. They did not address the support ticket, the chat continues to be dead, and I have had no further response from Etsy. My fees at work.
I cannot utilize Etsy Chat either. are they discriminating against certain shops or is there a valid reason I cannot access Chat Support? Is there any resolution?
I am US and having the same issue. Is Etsy targeting certain shops? and choosing not to offer support to specific shops and if so why? There is obviously a widespread technical issue that is negatively impacting shop owners to get their questions answered via connecting to Etsy support. Is there anyone at the helm of the Etsy ship? please offer any suggestions that will allow me to connect to Etsy support along with other shop owners.
