Etsy listing issues

Hey everyone,

I have been facing a problem on Etsy for the past week where even if I set the same price for digital listings, it says that they cannot have different prices. I have already contacted Etsy support about this issue but so far, I have not received any solution. This is causing a lot of inconvenience for me as I am unable to list my products properly. 

If anyone knows how to solve this problem, I would really appreciate your help. I am hoping that someone in the community may have a solution or some insight into this issue.

I'm not sure what you can do about the glitch, but I would copy one of your existing listings and use that as a template for your new listings.

I am a new seller here; I was also facing issues about two different pricing options (for 'India' & 'Everywhere Else') while making any changes in my digital listing. 

And I got some sort of work around here in the community a few days back.

If you are talking about the same, then just select 'Physical' and then again 'Digital'. It will not ask for two different pricing.
