Etsy it is disabling my ads

Hey guys, I probably don't gain anything writing this. However, I wanted to say how sad I am that Etsy is deactivating my ads, alluding to the fact that "my products are not handmade" and I am violating their policies.
I am very sad and angry since all my plushies are made by me, I do not have help from anyone and I have been transparent, noting the actual dates of the manufacturing process, etc. Even the patterns are made by myself.
I have no idea what to do now or whether to just leave Etsy. The worst thing is that I can't find anyone to ask for help or if there is support or something.

It may be because of trademark infringement.

Your shop is full of trademark infringement. If you don’t remove them you will probably be closed permanently.

they might be handmade by you but do you have permission from Pokeman to use their name and their characters to produce these items?

There is no support for shops that are selling counterfeit items and infringing on others intellectual property. In your shop for example, selling items, or patterns to make items, that are made to look like characters without licensing from the company that owns their images, is creating counterfeit goods.
