Etsy isn't working for shipping options like the selections that allow for insurance and signature

I tried everything to solve this problem after many hours. The drop down selections don't work for shipping extra insurance and signature , for the browser Chrome. so I can't ship anything. Etsy needs to fix this glitch.  

I finally managed using safari browser that worked  but much prefer chrome. so how long will it take them to fix something like this ?  Allison

I can’t buy extra insurance using safari or my iPhone through Etsy app! It’s charging me the same amount regardless of the amount insured . Started on Saturday and still isn’t working as of today !

I had issues today with shipping through chrome.  I couldn’t select the shipping I wanted in drop down so had to do it in safari

I'm sorry you're having issues with Chrome, and I know I'm sounding like a broken record mentioning this, but I've had such good service with Pirateship that I highly recommend it. The two times (over a couple of years) that I've had a question or problem, I contacted them and got a response *within minutes*. And a helpful response, at that! 

Whichever way you decide to go I hope you get help with this soon!

Another seller mentioned that the Chrome/Etsy issue might be related to the new Windows 11 ... it seems those who still have Win 10 are not experiencing any issues.  Either way, it needs fixing, but in the meantime, I am using Edge with no issues.

This sounds like a similar navigation error to the one on Core Details.

Thanks for the info. I use Win 10 with Chrome and I am experiencing the issues, unfortunately.

Having the same problem. Buyer requested Ground but Etsy kept toggling back to Priority. I won't be using Etsy to ship anymore. I bought my label on Pirate Ship and no problem. USPS is picking up my package tomorrow. Pirate Ship will import your order from Etsy. Easy Peasy!

Etsy is really going downhill. I can only list if I use a listing from a sold order, put in the new info. Then, and only then, I can create a listing. It's ridiculous.
