Hi, has anyone had any issues with this and know anyway to contact Etsy better? I have been waiting over 2 weeks for Etsy to verify our business verification document. This is one of our busiest periods and it is genuinely hurting our entire business, since we're put on holiday mode while waiting. Etsy support is very unhelpful in resolving this. I have no idea who else to reach out to about this problem. We are an Australian business so i'm not sure if its just that they aren't used to that or if this is a wider issue.
