Hello. I need help.
One of my customers bought multiple items to the same address.
When I click 'Get Shipping Labels' to ship, it says I need to buy 3 labels.
Why is this happening?
I only need one label. Because I am going to put all the products in one box.
How can I combine them? Please help me.
*My customer didn't pay about shipping fee. My shop offers free shipping guarantee.

Re: Etsy is charging me for 3 labels to the same address.
@LaraShineBubble : And make sure that you complete the other two orders by entering the same courier, ship date, and tracking number.

Re: Etsy is charging me for 3 labels to the same address.
Go to "Shipping settings" then click "Shipping label options" then under "Pre-filled calculated shipping labels" select the option "I'll fill each label out manually."
After you save that make sure to refresh the page and then you will be able to buy one label for a combined order.

Re: Etsy is charging me for 3 labels to the same address.
This usually happens when you do not have enough package sizes listed as available for all the items to fit into 1 package. You may need to manually add more package sizes to your "package preferences" in your shipping settings.
