Etsy is Highlighting a Very Bad Review I received 6 Years Ago

All of my other reviews since then have been great. I am not sure why Etsy would make this one-star review for a product I stopped selling years ago to be the Very First review everyone sees!! 

*The bad review is when you are on the listing pages rather than the main reviews section. It makes it worse because when you look at the listing the first thing you see is that embarrassingly bad review.

I have looked into the Help section for a way to contact them about this but there doesn't seem to be a help contact category for this. 

Can anyone help me with how to contact them? It is incredibly unfair. At least I may have found the reason for why my sales have ceased this month so that is something..

It's definitely hurting my shop - I can see why people would be immediately put off and I doubt they will check if it is for a similar item or when the review was made.

If you copy listings, etsy thinks they are similar, so often puts a review from the original, under the new one you copied.

If you create new listings, do them from scratch

It's not "just a UK" thing and it's been this way a long time.

I think the problem is AI.

The review shows up because it has "card" and the color "gold" in it and the first listing in your shop that I looked at has the same.  Etsy is treating our reviews the way it treats search.  

In the past, only the exact same or very similar reviews showed up when a listing was clicked on.

Now, it shows similar or reviews that may have a word in the title that matches the current listing.

This is a great example of AI creating a barrier to sales. What a shame.
