Maybe it happened to someone else too?
Yesterday I contacted Etsy support (chat) for help and the help was great, I was quickly understood. They wrote what I need to do to solve my problem. Received an email from Marbs with feedback on their work on my issue. Their work is 100% excellent and you need to show it from 1 to 10 points. I just have time to press 1 and ''change frames'' and see ''Thank you''. Wanted to put 10.
Can this be fixed somehow? I always want to thank for a job well done.
Contact Etsy support to resolve, my guess its not possible to change as thats how this works with other companies
