The person on the chat told me that he had "opened a ticket" for his engineers to try to solve my case". Several of my ads appear with Printify's plain text, not the one I created, no matter how much I updated it.
If the answer to your question is in the Etsy Help section or sellers handbook, I have heard they will stop responding as you can find the answer yourself. You can also post it here to see if other sellers can help.

Etsy does not open cases. Buyers can open a case against a seller and sellers can open a case with Etsy. If they have not answered your question so you can understand it, post it here so other sellers can try and explain it. If you want to keep arguing that something is right or wrong and Etsy is telling you something else, they will eventually stop answering.
So they lied to me by telling me they were opening a case/ticket for their engineers to look at my case?
They may have sent a ticket to the engineers to look at the problem but no one has ever heard from the engineers. They may reply to seller support but seller support doesn't pass the answers on to you.
