Do you have problems editing the text or title of your ads?

For some time, we have had problems changing the title, or changing the text of our ads.
We contacted ETSY who offered us various solutions (change web browser, computer) all inefficient.
We found similar problems with other sellers domiciled in France. Customers even have great difficulties to consult the description of our ads on their personal computer, while the ads are available on their application.
In short, it’s a mess, probably linked to the idea of having two ad systems that communicate poorly between them.
I am curious to know if this problem is located only in France or anywhere in the world.

We found a solution using Google Chrome Browser, and now waiting for a good treatmant of the bugs on the others browsers (firefox, Safari)
