Etsy has the wrong year I opened my shop

Anyone else have the wrong year posted for opening their shop? Etsy says I opened 2010 under my seller info in each listing. I opened in 2007 and had my first sale shortly after opening. I contacted support and got the usual, "I'll pass the info on" so I doubt I'll hear anything back.

Yes, I opened my shop in 2007 which is 18 years ago. Etsy sent me a congrats email for that time amount however, on my shop page it reads 14 years on Etsy. I have an Etsy plus shop and can not find any numbers to contact support to fix error. All sent emails come back as nonreply.

Seeing here many are having the same issue.

I emailed Etsy about this and had a reply today:
