Etsy has removed my listings by error once again

Hello!

I have a problem and I really hope that someone could help me or suggest what to do. I have my best selling listing (that is my first listing on Etsy; had Etsy's pick badge) and it was removed about 2 months ago as not being in line with creativity standards. I contacted Etsy and they said it was done by mistake and renew it. 

Now it has been removed once again for the same reason. My star seller badge has also been removed (as I have already two removed listings). I know and I am confident that is has done by mistake - as my products are totally handcrafted in our carpentry, also it is totally designed product made by me. 

I tried to contact Etsy support through Email, but it does not work for me anymore, also wrote many e-mails and support requests, but I don't get any answers...

Maybe you have some suggestions what to do? I am totally lost and in tears, as I have workers and they need to be payed of course. And if the listing is not sold already for two weeks, it is a big problem for me.

your pictures are being used on alibaba

do a reverse image search, and issue a dcma takedown notice to them

Your images and products are being used / sold on the Ali websites, wal mart, amazon, and some other overseas marketplace websites I am not familiar with.

You need to do a reverse image search on everything and take this up with these websites and file a legal notice for removal. Etsy relies on AI / bot sweeps of images on the internet for listing removals.

You have no information in your about section about who is making the furniture. You only have yourself listed as the business owner.  You need to include all shop members, including the makers, of all your items.  If you are the designer and have a company making them exclusively for you, you need to list a production partner.  Without this, Etsy could easily think you are not involved in the design and/or manufacture.

the others have already been so helpful to you by looking at these other platforms, do, as they recommended to you, AND,

change your photos, watermark the new ones with a few small ones, overlapping items and background, it serves as evidence for Etsy,  or place a paper note near the item with your handwritten shop name on.

Thank you so much! I could not find photos on alibaba - I searched, but could not find them. 

I will put all the information in my bio.

Should I change the photos in the listings deactivated? Or make new listings? Because all the listings that are removed are my oldest listings here on Etsy.

Could you please help - I should send Alibaba some legal notice? As it is my kids in the photos... And then write to Etsy? 

So totally lost with it...
