Hello, so I recently made my first sale on Etsy! Then Etsy put my shop into holiday mode as I had my initials instead of full name and they needed to do an ID check. Got that sorted.
they took my shop out of holiday mode. But now all of my listings I have worked super hard on have disappeared.
they still say ‘active’ in my shop manager. But when anyone clicks on my Etsy shop, it says I have no listings yet.
How can I get this fixed? Etsy are impossible to contact, I can’t find any up to date contact details for them. I replied to their original email about my ID issue and they haven’t replied because all their emails say ‘noreply’. I am really at a loss as I loved using Etsy and was really happy with my shop and I have lost everything.
