Vacation mode

Hello, I am on "vacation mode" about a week and when I try to upload my id card submit button is not working! Can anyone help me, etsy support just sending me emails to upload my id card without seeing what I'm trying to tell.. that that's what I'm doing but submit button not clicking! What else can I do? Does anyone know? I've attached already in email reply my document with my identity card but doesn't seem to noticed

Hello Aikaterini, I am also a seller from Greece! Are you enlisted as a business owner and are your policies

compliant with the EU sellers' law? You can go into the search bar and search for the specific articles,

I think that may be the problem. And give some time for them to be able to go through your details,

I suspect it is a wide spread issue right now, since they have to check shops to comply by the 1st of July

if I am not mistaken.
