I am completely horrified by the lack of service to us sellers who have had their shops put into forced vacation mode. I simply moved my business from one state to another and I tried to update the details. I have had the relevant documentation uploaded for over a week now and my loss of income is awful. This has also damaged the reputation of my business and the perception of reliability among the customers that I have loyally served since 2013.
I know I am going to get the generic bot reply to this post too, just watch. I wanted to post anyway and add my voice to the others who have been so hurt by this awful business practice on Etsy's part. They owe us a sincere apology and a lift back onto our feet.
