I noticed today that when you don't enter SKUs for ALL your variations in a listing, Etsy will randomly choose one from another variation and enter it - leading to the wrong product being fulfilled from our POD. The result is the customer gets the wrong item.
It is common for certain POD items to be left blank and SKUs added as they sell. Also, if a design needs to be personalized, I will leave that space blank on the personalized option.
Please look into this. Thank you.

Re: Etsy entering random SKUs resulting in wrong product being shipped
Did they ever do anything about it? I had this happen and 45 Printify orders were created, sending huge 24 x 36” prints to customers that only ordered an 8 x 10” and I was charged for them. So instead of making a few dollars off each order, I ended up paying out over $25/each for all 45.

Re: Etsy entering random SKUs resulting in wrong product being shipped
This also happened to us! Customers ordered custom printed REMAX feather flags from us and they're also getting exp Realty Christmas stockings, a totally different company, in February! Ultimately, it's Printify's fault as they are the ones who failed to notify us and let us know about certain orders being shipped out from their end. We got lucky because a customer has brought it up to our attention, that they randomly received a stocking, otherwise we would have never known. After investigating, we got charged for orders dating back all the way to July 2024. We're disputing it now, but no luck yet. Make sure you don't store any credit card information on Printify and disconnect from Etsy!
