It's been over 40 minutes. The error screen says "this page isn't working" with " HTTP error 429". I've tried chrome, safari, and the app. nothing is working and Im freaking out. Can't even get access to contact etsy support.

Google "HTTP error 429". It's an Etsy issue so you aren't alone and hopefully you will figure out the solution.
