Didn‘t get the star seller badge though I should’ve!

Hi there! 
I actually had the star seller badge for months now! I am mainly selling digital products and my feedback is 100% 5-star reviews and my answering rate is also at 100%! 
I contacted Etsy support for this they said they would contact me via email but never did. My chat is not working and nobody answers me. 
There is no reason for that this month I shouldn’t have been getting a badge.

what can I do about this?

You have no badges at all which means you did not meet the minimum dollar requirement

I am not seeing any badges on your shopfront (I am on my phone and not familiar with where they show in that format but they don't appear at the top of the shop).  As @NanaLetha  said, if your total sales didn't reach the SS threshold for the 3 mth period you don't get any badges at all, and that appears to be the case here.

I see the two badges too.  For some reason NanaLetha often sees no badges when there are indeed some.

as to the OP, for digital shops aren't the two badges she has enough to be Star Seller?  They are on other digital shops.

@crochetbyjanina: What does Etsy think your shipping percentage was for the September 1st badge and star (you need to look at previous review period)? It should be '---%' (nothing to calculate) for a 100% digital shop.

You're missing the shipping and tracking badge, which is what kept you from getting the star seller. Since you sell digital products, most likely you either accidentally made a listing as a physical item instead of a digital item, or maybe you created a custom listing that was physical.
