Hello, I am new to Etsy and have received orders that I cannot fill because the square API is failing to accept my bank account. I have tried to communicate with their bot but it is not working. The step that continues to fail is them sending a push to my phone to verify my bank. But, the OTP is working with my phone. Can you please ask them why they're failing to verify it. Thanks.

Square has now stolen $200 from my account attempting to verify my bank. If you can explain this, I would appreciate it. At this point, I need to speak to a person.

You need to help me understand why my money is being stolen and why your api is not working.

I am losing out on orders because the square API is failing and stealing my money. Try Plaid next time like everyone else.

Square said they can help me but they need you to respond to my messages to give me information on how you have tried to troubleshoot the issue, which you have not done.

Do you not have a support team or just lead people to believe you will help them and decide not to?

I cannot fill any orders. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

"Keep Commerce Human" is a hilarious slogan for you to have.

I cannot tell if you are one person not doing their job or you are after hours. Either way, you should be able to fix this issue faster

@lessexelant: "... have received orders ..." Real orders will show up on your Orders & Shipping page and your Payments page. If they are not showing there you are probably the victim of a scam.
Did you receive a Message from Etsy that you need to verify your account? If you did was it in the section (labeled as "From Etsy") on your Messages page when using a browser or did it have a colored blurb of text on the Message, saying "From Etsy" if using the app?
"You need to help me understand why my money is being stolen and why your api is not working." Square is only for in person sales, not for any sales on Etsy itself. Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
Try https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling or https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling#issue_sell_manage_listings-callback or you can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us but do not expect an immediate reply.
„Square has now stolen $200 from my account attempting to verify my bank. If you can explain this, I would appreciate it.“
It definitely sounds like scammers stole the money. Not Square or Etsy. Inexperienced new sellers with no sales are their main target.
It was never about verification, but about the scammers getting their hands on your money.
Contact your bank immediately.
you have no orders to verify
You are being scammed, this is NOT Etsy.
log into Etsy, don't look at e-mails.
If you have a message from etsy, it will also be in the "From Etsy" folder, as well as your messages inbox - both places, if it is not, it's not from etsy.
Also, etsy has written under every message....
To stay protected, stay on Etsy. Never follow links to other sites, and don’t share contact, account, or financial info with anyone in Messages. Learn how to spot spam.
Whenever etsy asks you to verify anything, you can do it through logging into Etsy, and doing it from your dashboard, not clicking links, or replying to e-mails.

Square hasn't stolen anything, the scammer has stolen your money.
You need to report this to your bank, and square, you have fallen for a scam, by someone who is NOT Etsy.
etsy can't do anything about it, as it is nothing to do with them, there is no point speaking to them, they can't give you any information, because it is NOT them.
square is trying to help, but they need the information they ask, if you keep telling them it's Etsy, they won't be able to help, because it isn't Etsy
.......
Contact your BANK, report fraud, do not bother contacting Etsy , they can't help
mark the message as spam, so they are blocked from contacting you again
There are only other sellers here in the forum.
No company would take money from your account to verify your account. How did you contact them? and are you sure your were speaking with them and not a scammer?
There are currently no sales showing in your dashboard.
It's probably a scam. FYI, with all the various items you have, it looks like you are reselling, which is not allowed. Your items are being shipped from all different places.

Stop! Back up, right to the start.
When did you set up your Etsy account?
Have you set up Etsy Payments via the payments page? (Finances > payment settings)
Why are you trying to use Square? Who told you you need to use it?
How have you contacted Square support (bot). Where did you go on the web in order to make contact?
If you think you have been scammed you need to contact your bank and get your payment card stopped immediately!
