Etsy does not recognize the tracking number of two shipments from my store.

In the star seller dashboard, in the order history file there are two shipments that Etsy does not recognize the tracking information and appear untracked. Information affecting my star seller rating.
Order n. 3338864777 with tracking number ES2024PRO0001512095 (07284011640013)
order n. 3347021180 with tracking number International Seur 07284011848097 (ES2024PRO0001533352)

I would like you to review the information. I can attach screenshots of the tracking of the packages by the company SEUR.

We are not Etsy but only other sellers just like you.

@SonrisasdePapel: If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor - https://www.aftership.com/carriers - for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.

An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

"I would like you to review the information." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

I'm having a problem with the USPS tracking label that I purchased via Etsy as I usually do. For some reason, Etsy doesn't recognize the tracking number and says that I have an order with missing tracking information that is going to affect my Star Seller status. The amusing part is that the order has already been delivered, and the customer even left a 5-star review.

@WaltzDarlingVintage:  What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).

It has been suggested to not mention Star Seller when contacting support so your inquiry is not summarily brushed aside.

@BagmakerSupply When I click on the tracking number link on the actual order it redirects to the USPS website and says "Delivered in/at mailbox".
