I have several similar listings that offer different variation options. The cover image used to print on receipts, making it quick and easy to know exactly which listing the customer was in when they made the purchase. Lately, though, receipts are printing the variations image, which doesn't help me at all, especially since they're cropped to square, making it impossible to see the entire image. Variation images are also starting to show on my shop's "sold" page, which looks messy and doesn't let future buyers see at a glance what's selling.
I used to be able to go to straight to my shop's home page and match up the cover image, which made it easy to see exactly what the buyer intended to order. Now I have to log into Etsy, navigate to every individual order, and click through to the listing before production, just to check which "design #4" the buyer requested.
Is there a way to tag which image gets printed and shown on the shop's sold page?
Thanks!
Sorry you haven't had a quick answer to this one! I've always had my "main" image (the first one on a listing) be the one that shows up on the Sold page, and that's worked for me. It sounds like you need more than that automatic appearance - I hope somebody here has some info. Good luck with this one!
That's exactly what I want it to do---and what it used to do, but has stopped doingfor some reason
I know there've been a bunch of glitches lately - so sorry you're dealing with this one (and now I'm going over to my Sold items to see if I've got a similar issue!)
Fingers crossed on this, yknow?
