I don’t have free shipping enabled, unless I’m missing a feature, what did I do wrong? The screen shot shows $0 for shipping. When I go to print the label, Etsy wants to charge me. What do I do?

It says under every listing "eligible orders ship free".
@GroovYouVerse - On your listing for the matte, the description page indicates $13.17 to ship to me in Florida.
I chose the 12x12 3 pack. Option "No" for pre drawn grid. Quantity 1. I still see the $13.17 shipping.
Placing the matte in my cart & I am shown Free priority mail shipping.
The TheSwedishMouse is in Europe & says they see "eligible orders ship free".
I'm guessing you don't use calculated shipping but a manually entered shipping cost? And then have USA & everywhere else pricing?
So double check all your shipping profiles and which one is applied to each listing.
And as I'm sure you know, free shipping is not free, the shop owners does need to pay Etsy/USPS for the label. (I think of free shipping as "postage costs included in the price". )
Oh!! I think I found it!! Apparently, last year, I had a sale going on for free shipping, and at the time, I was just selling stickers and shifted a little to start selling other things - but I digress.
Would you mind testing again one more time?
@GroovYouVerse - I repeated my steps & now at checkout I see the $13.17 shipping charge.
I , also, see a $13.17 shipping fee in the listing and then when I add the item to the cart, it's showing free shipping. Weird... definitely double check your shipping profiles.
Thank you! I think I found the issue with a free shipping "sale" that was enabled last year, and it was set to end next month. I ended it early.
Would you mind trying again?
@GroovYouVerse the correct shipping charge is now showing in checkout! : )
I see no free shipping in your shop.
You might not charge the buyer for shipping, but you certainly will pay for the shipping label. You can’t ship something for free.
