Etsy constantly keeps deactivating my best listings that I've been selling for over 5 years that have previously had beat seller badges, however nothing goes against there policies and I can't contact anyone I just keep getting automated responses, I've sold thousands of these dresses and I don't know what yo do
Hello, everyone!

Thank you!
sometimes it's not a policy policy violation - it's something triggering a bot like amber or ivory or coral ... or small items in a baby or children item ... or perhaps an copyright or trademark violation. Try to figure out what is causing the listings to be deactivated and resolve the issue prior than reactivation.
It's hard to imagine what it could be w/o more information - what type of items are getting deactivated
I took a look at your store ... it might have something to do with your products being collected and resold rather than handmade ... Etsy is handmade by you, vintage or craft supplies so based on your about section your non-handmade items are in conflict with Etsy policy. Etsy seems to police its site inconsistently so it is possible that an item that is agaist the policy can be a best seller until it is caught.
She has 2,000 sales (well, almost) - it that's the reason, it appears to have taken a long time - I guess eventually right does show it's face...
same thing keeps happening to my listings, they even closed my store! im selling handmade bag charms and i uses my own authentic purses to model my charms (mod shots) i add my own logo to my photos for copyright purposes which i paid for and own 100% ....even with a disclaimer on the photo stating that im not selling my purse, its purely for aesthetic purposes, they still take down my listings. i truly dislike the way they dont communicate and just refer you to their policies which are unorganized and theres no way to just search a topic and go straight to the answer. I moved to shopify and instagram for this reason. Etsys lack of proper communication is disappointing to say the least.
You are using LV bags to sell your add ons? The bots will pic up on that in image search. It's not a good idea to use a designer bag to sell your add ons as shown in your banner. They remove Dior / Chanel etc ... items used as styling props from other shops.
Also Swarovski is protective of their brand and do takedowns as well. Have a read here:

@reignCharms you can't use props with identifiable branding in your photos otherwise the bots will think you are selling counterfeit products.
Where you using name brand purses (Chanel, etc.)? The bots have image recognition. Use them on generic bags if you plan on continuing in your new shop.
@TheHippiestHobo just a guess (as we can't see the deactivated listings) but since you have items in your shop which are not handmade by you, vintage or craft supplies then that's probably got something to do with it.
I suggest you review the seller policies.
i AGREE WITH @Amaradorn - your clothing items, although lovely, are not handmade by you, are not vintage, and have effectively been bought to sell on.

Etsy is finally cracking down on a lot of items that have always been policy violators. Sellers have slipped through for many years and have sold many items that should have been taken down all along.
Echoing what others have said - the clothes are not handmade by you or vintage, and if they were your design and you worked with manufacturers to produce them, you don't have any production partners listed either.
I actually live in India half of the year and work with my tailors , I accept some items are bought and resold but the listings I've had deactivated are all made by my tailors
You need to list production partners if you haven’t already.

thank you! finally i have an answer, i think its unfair that other bigger stores (karmacharmdesigns, mauttoAccessories) can post designer props without having their listings taken down .....but who knows how they're doing it, they must know something we dont.
Apparently my dresses are offensive to Hindus even though my tailors are Hindu, Etsy is ridiculous plus there about another 4 stores selling the same things with no issues
If 4 other stores are selling the same items, then you are reselling. If yours are truly handmade then the tailor would be creating a design you make exclusively for you, otherwise you are just reselling and that is Not allowed on Etsy. Please read the terms of use.
@TheHippiestHobo you said 'Apparently my dresses are offensive to Hindus' - who told you that??
Separately - Just wondering if the deactivated items had Hindu/Buddhist swastikers on them?
There are no swastikas only Ganesh shiva and om and the dresses and kimonos and Kurtas are hand made by my tailors from fabric I pick, I've been selling them for over 5 years on Etsy, obviously the fabric is available and people do copy designs
Etsy emailed me telling me this after two weeks of trying to talk to a person
You were able to talk to a "person". I didn't think they had people working there. Just robots.
Even speaking in person they are like robots
