Etsy deactivated my content

I taken a led car dome light  that I purchased and built a 3D printed ring around it.

installed magnet and a clip so that the led light can be worn on a TShirt like iron man.

ETSY deactivated it saying it was against policy. I don’t get it? I tried appeal it but no reply from Etsy to look into it. 

I see people taking shoes, glasses , bottom and adding a few drawings to it and it’s ok but when I re-engineer and car dome light to a wearable prop, I get punished

"Iron Man" is trademarked that's probably why. You are in danger of having the other ones deleted and your shop closed.

As long as you designed and/or crafted it yourself and you listed it as "Handmade" it should be Etsy-legal. I agree that mentioning Iron Man is probably what did you in. The character is trademarked by both Marvel and Disney (MCU). If the takedown notice you received specifically mentions intellectual property infringement, then one of the trademark holders probably spotted it. If the exact policy violation is vague, then probably Etsy took it down themselves to be pro-active.

You can't use trademarked names to sell your items. Iron Man, for example.

Remove all reference to Iron Man and you should be okay.

Not sure why you have left up the other Iron man items.  I think you are just asking for more trouble, or your shop getting closed down.

So why didn’t Etsy just tell me it’s trademark? 
They mainly was focused on the product itself and not the name of the led on the shirt. I’m seeing a lot of iron man names on Etsy and their content is up and running ?

It isn't Etsy's place to tell you if your items are legal or not.  That is up to you before you list an item.  Also, just because a lot of other shops are selling items with the iron man names doesn't mean they are Etsy legal.  They will eventually be caught.  You just got caught.

You're on deactivation radar now. Did the email say the listing was not handmade or did it say trademark/infringement?

I would go to chat support so they can open a ticket and have someone in the Integrity dept.  review your deactivated listing. Sometimes the  automatic system (even though monitored by employees) makes an error on a "handmade" item, but they can reinstate it if it's approved by them.  Best of luck.

Clearly you have not read through what is and what is not allowed prior to opening. Also any message that Etsy sends you in private should not be copied%pasted here, that is why it says private.

Etsy is very cautious about using trademarked names.  I made an owl carrying a letter in its beak and referenced Harry Potter.  Etsy did not like it so I just removed the Harry Potter name from my item description and made it "owl carrying a message".

Sounds like Etsy thinks you didn't make these items. I would contact them and explain how you make them and that they are handmade.

So, 

Etsy finally taken a look at the product and admit that it was a mistake they removed it so they allowed it back on my platform. I taken some of you guys advice and removed all Ironman name from my product but that was not the reason the item was removed in the first place. Etsy thought I was reselling. Thanks again for some of the good replies and to the rude replies, I wish Karma will return the favor.
