Etsy deactivated all of my listings. Why am I still unable to restore my account?

Hello,

I have returned to view my account only to find that every single listing has been moved to deactivated by Etsy. 209 listings, yet every single listing is on auto renew. Not one listing goes against listing policy. So then why? Apparently Etsy is unable to verify my bank account suddenly. How could this by when Etsy has been successfully charging and depositing funds to the same bank account.  After trying for over a month providing documents, account statements, even auto withdrawal forms, the status still remains and I am baffled to say the least why am I being given such a run around. This is totally absurd and unacceptable. I haven't violated anything. My father passed away last year and my focus has been dealing with his estate matters for many months, so I haven't been on Etsy as much to review my listings during that time, but regardless, all of my listings are auto renew and no notices were sent to me by e-mail. I rechecked them too. Today I received a star seller notification when I haven't been able to sell anything on here for many months. Can someone please explain to me what is going on and why has this taken over a month to still not even be resolved? Should I be concerned about Etsy security having my personal banking information, since the communication and so many different unknown contacts have reviewed it, yet provide zero help or resolve? Unacceptable.

Are you sure your shop location is correct? If you were really in Canada you would have Etsy Payments. For the missing listings, check your deactivated from your dashboard.

Thank you for your response. Yes my shop location is correct. Indicates southwestern, Ontario Canada. All of my listings are present. Etsy deactivated every one of them and I don't have any ability to re-activate them on my end.

You have only PayPal, which to me looks like you are not in Canada.

Only certain countries, far, far away from Canada, are PP only shops.

This could be one of the reasons Etsy is taking a closer look at your shop.

Why don't you have Etsy Payments?

I should have multiple payment methods in addition to Paypal.

Etsy payments is not provided because Etsy can't seem to verify my account.

If Etsy payments are not provided, but you are in Canada, this is why they will not restore your account.

Everyone who sells on Etsy has to be verified.

Even when previously verified, Etsy has asked sellers to verify again in recent months.

Yes my bank account is in Canada. I have sent all documents statements etc to verify my bank account. Etsy still isn't verifying my bank account. I am at my wits end what to do. This is an Etsy issue.
