I'm back to this forum. I wrote here about my case a few days ago. (Temu stole my pictures, and Etsy started removing my own 100% handmade listings.) My thread was closed by marked as solved.
Still, Etsy continues removing my items, my 17th listing was removed today!! This time one of my bestsellers.
Since my last thread Etsy also took my Star Seller badge, and told me if my shop violates Etsy's Creativity Standards again, my account will be suspended. My shop does not violate anything.
I'm desperate.
In chat an agent assured me that he will be setting my case as an urgent and top priority to prevent my shop from closing, but Esy continues removing my very own products.
Is anyone here who also had their post closed by marking it as solved and then got real help? Because I'm waiting in vain for a human to finally review my case, and every day another product of mine is removed.

Unfortunately I've experienced this as well, although not on a post here being closed. They removed 1 listing last year (appeal was denied, although not violating any rules), 1 in July and 1 in August. All hand made (I design wall art), and I have sent in appeals by email for these 2. Also received an email they would take my star seller badge away and one more policy violation and they will close my shop. As my tickets kept getting closed after 14 days without any response or even notification, I reached out to Etsy chat, they escalated it to one of their specialists and 2 days ago (on day 14 after reaching out to Etsy chat/escalating), I suddenly got an email they were taken down in error and have been reinstated, even the one from last year which they denied my appeal for previously. I hope they will get back to you soon!
They are not listening. They are not helping. They don't want to know.
