I am seeing that all the various topics started about the deposits not coming in, are being close stating that the "appropriate team" will contact the sellers via email.
It's been almost 10 days now and I haven't got a single email from etsy support regarding the deposit issues. I cannot open another ticket because i can't seem to find the email page anymore, nor I can contact via chat since, the last time i spoke with chat support, they told me that any messages would not receive a live reply, but would follow up by email.
I am missing three deposits and have no clue why. I think it would be at least good manners to shed some lights on what's going on.
And the 90 days policy is kinda bull even to have a single piece of info about all this.
Do I have to get a lawyer to write to you guys? I am sure you can do better than that. Etsy already got the money from my sales. Make it right.
