Etsy chatbot is not working

Dear Team,

I am seeking your suggestion.

Since the 18th of July, my Etsy chatbot is not working. I can see a blue color chat option but while I put my concern no one gives any response or does not get an option to chat with a customer service associate. Earlier while I put my concern on the chatbot, automatically was getting the option " Hello I am an Etsy support Bot, I am here to connect with a customer service agent, what is your concern">I put "I am a seller on Etsy">then I used to connect with customer service agent as per availability. on 18th July I had a last chat with a customer service associate who put her photo (I have gone through all the chats none of the customer service associates put their photo), it was looking genuine but after that chat, I couldn't see the option of Etsy chatbot. I raised my query on the email option but no response yet. I would like to know if anyone facing a similar issue so that I can get some guidance from others' experience. Please help.

Hi there, you will need to contact Etsy Support to get them to fix it. This Forum is just sellers communicating with other sellers, we aren't able to fix what you are describing. 

I've had the same issue, where chat appears to be "stuck" - a previous issue remains in the chat and you can't start a new conversation for a new issue - I'm not sure how but Etsy Support was able to get it "unstuck". Since you are in India, I don't think the callback request will work but you could try it (see link below). If that doesn't work, email Etsy Support

Since the blue colour chat logo was introduced we have never been able to use it.

Doesn't open at all.

And some days it's not even there - vanished again since yesterday.

We're using the latest version of Firefox as browser and add blocking temporarily switched off for purpose of the chat.

Without any results.
