Etsy chat not working?

Hi all, I've been trying two days to get a response from the Etsy chat, with absolutely no answer from them. I've used Etsy chat in the past to resolve issues with no problems, it's just the past few days that I can't get a hold of anyone. 

Anyone else having the same issue? I'm at a loss for what to do.

It worked for me today. I'm in Canada.

It hasn't worked for me since last Thursday

I'm in Canada too. Maybe the browser I'm using? All my messages are showing as sent, but just no one replying.

My chat hasn't worked since they changed it.

What a hot mess. I'm fairly new to Etsy, and not impressed.

My chat works but good luck getting anything useful from the chat as it is outsourced and they just send an email on your behalf 90% of the time... But remember Etsy raised our fees this last year to provide this industry leading seller support they are famous for!
