Etsy charged shipping fees when I have free shipping

I have free shipping on all my items but etsy charged them shipping then when I refunded my customer they charged me $0.55.

This will be a % of the fees over the amount you refunded. If you check your finances in 24 hours, you should see the $0.55 credited back

This is happening to me too! I offer free domestic shipping AND I have the free over $35 guarantee thing. They're now charging shipping on both!!!
