Etsy catastrophe

I have made a serios error which requiers technical advice. I have accedently deleted my entire lisstings!!! They are missing from Etsy butI still have them on my Etsy phone will I be able to get them back?

If you contact Etsy, they can probably retrieve them for you. There was a recent Forum post by another seller who did the same thing.

I'm not understanding how you still have them on your phone, but I wonder if you can open a browser on your phone and reupload them.

Otherwise, you'll need to contact Etsy and ask for help. On your dashboard, go to Community & Help, Contact Us.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that. Did you perhaps deactivate them rather than delete? Could be that your phone is showing a cached version of your shop manager so they may well be gone if you did in fact delete them.

Did you not get the box that tells you that you are deleting and that it will be permanent if you continue?  Unfortunately you learned the hard way it pays to read the llittle boxes that pop up.

Contact Etsy via contact us.  Look for 'I still need help'  Send an email to Etsy with your issue.  Chat and phone might work for this too,
