Etsy can't verify my ID

I just made my first sale and Etsy immediately suspended my account, they asked for my ID I submitted all of my available ID and they can't still verify it. I need to talk to a human support since I've been put in to loop for days now. Please help.

everything has to match

your name in the legal section, the name on your bank account, the name on your ID

so

if you have Jane S Smith on one, you can't have Jane Sue Smith on another

and the country all has to be the same, same country for id, bank, legal

How does it work for middle initials tho? because when you edit the legal information you can only have first name and last name no option for a middle name.

in legal and tax info, you can put two names in "first name", or name and middle initial
