So over the last four months I have set my renewal for all listings to be manual 3 times( yes I am selecting all according to check box total on Etsys) and yet again listings set to manual have renewed automatically as my guess is Etsy is carrying out some testing which resets the flag for renewals or they have major bug which doesn't allow for this option to be used via the desktop. Anybody else had this issue?. No new listings have been added during this period
My cards are one of a kind, it's rare that I have more than one card in a single listing. It happens to me on single listings all the time, I always put manual renewal.
I had the same issue recently. I always set my listings to manual renewal because I have seasonal listings. Recently I went in to tweak some of my listings titles and as usually they were set to auto renew. Tried to reach out to Etsy but find it impossible. Good luck! If you find a solution please share
