The percentage of On-time shipping & tracking of my shop decrease from 100% to 96%.
I alway ship on time and add tracking number in every orders.
There are 26 orders missing tracking info.
So, I downloaded order history to see which orders have a problem.
I found that all 26 orders are order from Australia and show "no" tracking info.
I already added tracking number in all 26 orders.
Status in Etsy system show "pre-transit" while tracking result from post office show "delivered".
Moreover, customer give review for some orders that mean they received the order.
Please fix this problem.

@ichimylove: A order still in "pre transit" usually means that the tracking information AS ENTERED on the order cannot be validated.
If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order?
An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
"Please fix this problem." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

I use the same shipping company to every order but there is no problem with another country. Only order from Australia that show no tracking info even I added the tracking number.
I chat with Etsy support and he ask me to post forum here.
when you ship from Australia,
you have to choose a valid shipping company from the dropdown list, and enter the number, by the ship by date
double check on the order, that the shipping company is one that aftership recognises,
and make sure the tracking number is entered properly, with no leading or trailing spaces, no "-" and that 0 and O are correct

I’ll careful about space while adding tracking number.
I ship items from Thailand via Thailandpost. I selected from dropdown. There is no problem with tracking number to another country (US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, etc).
Etsy cannot fix this problem for me.
