Etsy automatically cancels my orders

I'm having this issue where etsy automatically cancels buyer orders, getting many views and visits in my stats. Then I thought it must be issue from my side. So, I asked my acquaintances to purchase from my shop. They purchased it easily, also deducted from the bank. but after few minutes the etsy cancels it and refund it to them. I get no notification no nothing.

What should i do? it's a new store. everything is working perfectly. my store is up and my listings are ranking, but when someone orders it cancels automatically.

Check your finances section in your dashboard. Are there any notifications requesting additional information? (it would appear as a banner)

Also check your emails (also spam) to see if there are any emails from Etsy requesting additional information from you.

If all that fails, you can contact Etsy via your dashboard under the tab "help"

No email from Etsy. Also, I don't see any notifications as of yet that needs additional information. I've also contacted Etsy support but I don't how long it's going to take
