There is not one search term/result out of advertising like no keywords are used to result in clicks which are obviously happening, but I get zero data from it. Why are we paying ads if we can`t get keywords that lead to sales?
I can see people complain about other issues, but I didn`t see someone mentioning this.
I sincerely hope this link will allow you to send an email to Etsy

Thanks for the email link
I have been in conversation with Etsy for the past 3-4 days about the issue.
Unfortunately, the person I spoke to 3-4 weeks ago about this same issue when it occurred then (again, over a weekend) does not seem to be available. They seemed to know their stuff, or at least was willing to look into the issue, since the issue was fixed with 2 days.
The people I have been speaking to this time are just moving from one 'canned' response to another. If I didn't know better (and I probably don't :)), I'd say Etsy were experimenting with AI chatbots. The responses are all polite enough with well structured grammar, but the respondents show no detailed knowledge of Etsy operation and do not seem to be able to recognise or interpret the supporting information I have been sending them. Instead, they just spout a series of prescribed responses.
I am also having this issue and I know the number is in the hundreds but showing as zero on my end. I have confirmed with the chat and sent screenshots the numbers on their end are showing perfectly. They just keep telling me is is being escalated but no one contacts me. I called today and explain and they just said they will escalate again.
i am having this issue as well, ever since i started using the new app (so for a couple months now)
Did anyone ever get a reasonable answer to this? 7 months on now from the original post.
I have just started a store recently and figured Etsy Ads a good option to start driving traffic to get sales and reviews. Like everyone else, I am seeing no data for search terms on any items.
I have setup my GA4 with the search_term variable, so am getting some data there, but the this isnt as convenient as having it in the dashboard.
I went to chat to support, and it seems that isnt even an option, anything on the site that is 'meant' to direct you to support, just takes you to a pointless help page. How is anyone else contacting support?
Thanks in advance.
Same here. I have contacted Etsy several times and still no fix...
I had search results yesterday....non today. So still glitching.
I know the moderators hate it when we bump an old thread, but I don't think this one should be considered a "zombie." I only just started using Etsy Ads on my newest listings, and the very first time I looked at the "Detailed stats" for listings that had gotten clicks, I could see the search terms. I assumed I would be able to continue to see them, so I didn't write them down, take a screenshot, etc. But the next time I looked even the ones I had seen before were out of sight, and future clicks did not show any, just "No search terms for this ad yet."
If it hadn't been for previous ones disappearing, I would have thought that there must be some non-search views that the ads were somehow claiming credit for, like if they were from listings shown on shoppers' home pages (even though in my experience, none of those are marked as ads). But this "now you see 'em, now you don't" just does not make sense to me. It sounds like my (admittedly limited) experience is a precise match with posts in this thread spread out over more than a year.

Same issue here. "Searches that led to this ad (0)" even though there were more than 1000 tags
Has anyone heard back from support?
The kicker is if you don't pay for Etsy ads they still get you an off-site ads. They charge you dollars for what cost them Penny's and it is absolutely ridiculous that you can't opt out of off-site ads. They do me no good. All they do is help etsy's pocketbook. It's messed up
I have a solution to this problem. Use a different browser. Google Chrome does not show tags, but I see all tags in Microsoft Edge!!!
So probably it's some glitch with Chrome
