Unfortunately you cant confirm your seller info

Despite reaching out to Etsy I have been unable to confirm seller info (as I am unable to see what info needs confirming) I see old threads in the forums discussing this issue. (We use payoneer and just returned to ETSY post covid in late June) I cant find a solution in these old threads. I have been told by etsy support numerous times that my issue has been forward to the appropriate department and someone will be in touch...nothing and now our shop can not receive funds. What are my options here. Etsy??? Unless you can explain what seller info needs confirmation  what can I do. From this end it all appears to be entered in payoneer.

You are unlikely to receive help from Etsy here. This is just for sellers trying to help other sellers. 

Type "problems with payoneer" in the search box and you will find some threads from this year.

Thank you. I have tried asking everywhere. No help. New back on Etsy in June and it seems like problems on payoneer were common before that

Are you one of the countries that have to use Etsy Payments now? I know there were some recently that can no longer take PayPal or Payoneer,  but have to use Etsy Payments now, but I didn't pay attention to which countries it applied to.

Yes, we are in Thailand so had to sign up with payoneer in June before reopening. I see so many old threads re issues with payoneer but none seem to have a solution.

Etsy partners with Payoneer, a third-party payment provider, to offer Etsy Payments in Argentina, Chile, China, India, Japan, Peru, Thailand, and Ukraine.

If I understand this correctly, it seems that you need to sign up for etsy payment.

Yes thank you. I have payoneer, been using it for two months. Now I need to confirm info in a disconnect btwn etsy and payoneer

bascically etsy has bots that checks your info you input on etsy, with the info payoneer verified, from what you entered to payoneer

Etsy won't do anything if it doesn't match, it's down to you and payoneer
