How can we contact Etsy and have a human actually read your message and help with what your issue is? A customer opened a case against my shop for "not as described". I replied to the case log and then an Etsy admin looked at the case. They responded saying it was as described and that now the case is closed. However they never actually marked the case closed, and it still shows as an open case in my shop dashboard. All I want them to do is mark it closed. I've gone in circles through the help center and tried twice requesting help within the help center and I've received the EXACT same generic message back twice (from two different admins) saying that I am contacting them in error. It makes no sense. I don't even think anyone actually read what I need help with.

I cannot find chat as an option in help center anymore.
Not in the help center. Go to your dashboard and look at the lower right. Click on the chat bubble.
That's not there. I know I've seen that before, but it's not an option now.

Make sure you go to your Log In at the top right of the Help Center page as, otherwise, you will only see Email option
