Etsy adding items to my cart

I don’t know if this is a technical issue or not but twice today Etsy added items to my cart that I wasn’t purchasing.  First it was something I favorited for future and the second time I was scrolling in a category and accidentally hit a photo of something which was immediately put in my cart!  If I didn’t sell on Etsy I wouldn’t EVER shop on here!  This NEVER happens to me on ANY OTHER WEBSITE unless I press Add to cart!  No wonder sales are down with what’s happening to our economy with tariffs and then Etsy makes shopping here as unpleasant as possible!

Given all the glitches on this site it is entirely possible this is yet another glitch that should never happen if this site was properly staffed and operated.

On the other hand, given how unethical this site is, it is just as possible this is a deliberate attempt to try to convince you to go ahead and buy so they get an additional sale.

Putting things in your cart is a pretty serious glitch. I hope you report this to Etsy.

I’m tired of trying, usually unsuccessfully, to contact Etsy for ANYTHING!  This site just keeps going from bad to worse and I see their stock is down again today.  I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, they need a CEO and administrative staff that are all SELLERS on Etsy so they know what they’re doing!
