Etsy Trust and safety team are not responding

This is my first time using the forums, but I'm literally out of options right now. 

I made a mistake when update my id verification. Now my fund are on hold I've emailed the Trust and safety team explaining my mistake, its now been 3 weeks with no reply is there any way to get in contact with them so I can sort the issue

you go to - help -contact us - keep going until you grt to - I still need help

If you log a ticket, keep replying to it every day, that you still need help

don't open aother one, or the first one is closed, and you start at the bottom again

Maybe Etsy are investigating your account as you are selling the same items in two shops.

Im faceing the same problem i made a error on my legal name requested to change it and now just says pending no replys of etsy trust and safet past 5 weeks please help anyone ???

I have contacted etsy support and spoken to 10 different agent over the phone regarding this problem am haveing 

i seen a error on my legal name which i changed so etsy put my funds on hold till they verify me iv sent all my identifications my drivers licence my passport id aswel iv sent this to etsy trust and safety uploaded it 10 times on etsy still nobreply it just says pending 

it started from 59 days now its dwn to 30 days!! Etsy please resolve my issue or anyone please help!!!????
