They haven't responded to me for over 3 weeks — I'm desperate
Etsy Support hasn’t replied to me via chat or email for more than 3 weeks, and I’m dealing with a technical issue on my account. I was charged for something I didn’t do, and now today is the last day to pay an Etsy bill I don’t actually owe — or they’ll start blocking my shop.
I’ve contacted support everywhere I could — sent emails, messages in chat, posted here on the forum — but got no response. I can’t request a callback because Etsy doesn’t call Ukraine, and no other support channel is answering.
I’m truly desperate and don’t know what else to do. Please, someone help.

All 1,345 of my listings were auto-renewed on the same day, which is impossible — I’ve been adding them over many years, so they couldn’t all expire at once. This caused an immediate negative balance.
I contacted Etsy support, and they replied that they would escalate the issue and notify me once it was resolved. But after that, no one responded — not in chat, not by email.
This looks like a technical error, just like the one that happened in February with my shop. Back then, support fixed it quickly and refunded the charges. But now, it’s been over 3 weeks, and I still have no answer.

I noticed the same thing, "California, United States" which most times implies the seller isn't from that location but overseas.

Not sure what you mean by 'blocking' your shop but if they are going to close it I would pay and then continue fighting to get reimbursed.
@WowPrintableStudio It will be much easier if you pay your bill now and then continue to fight charge. Otherwise, Etsy will close your shop.
